3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

4. Account Registration

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.2 One-Time Full Map ($50 USD)

Includes:

• Complete numerology map analysis
• Comprehensive Hebrew name insights
• Chakra and elemental balance guidance
• Permanent access to your full map

5.3 Monthly Subscription ($10 USD/month)

Includes:

• Everything in One-Time Full Map
• Unlimited voice consultations with AI guide Daneel
• Date-based queries and temporal insights
• Ongoing spiritual guidance and support
• Priority customer support

5.4 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

6. Billing and Renewals

6.1 Monthly Subscriptions

• Billed monthly on the date you subscribed
• Automatically renews unless cancelled
• Charges occur at the beginning of each billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months

6.2 One-Time Purchases

• Single payment with permanent access
• No recurring charges
• Access remains active for the lifetime of your account

6.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancelling Monthly Subscription

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund for the current month
• No further charges will be made
• You can resubscribe at any time

7.2 Refund Policy

One-Time Purchases: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the full map content. After content access, all sales are final.

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

To request a refund, contact us at support@ohnoma.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Make false or misleading claims about the Service

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, numerology algorithms, and AI models, are owned by Daneel and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal information you provide (name, date of birth, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use this information solely to provide our services to you.

9.3 Generated Content

Numerology readings and insights generated by our Service based on your personal information are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit such content without our written permission.
